All orders are processed within 5 to 9 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During promotional periods, an additional 5 to 7 days may be required.
How can I check my order status?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that it may take between 2 and 5 days for tracking information to become available.
I haven't received my order. What should I do?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
